While our journey's may be very different, the underlying truth of our Shared Human Experience remains the same.

LBRY looks like an interesting alternative to YouTube; however, if you are a YouTube author (and I am understanding correctly) it can link/sync your LBRY created content to your YouTube channel as well.
What I appreciate most about LBRY is in their "freedom" message... "Enjoy the latest content from your favorite creators - as a user, not a product."
I'm not a high cellular data bandwidth user as I always tend to find myself within wifi range... and so I've been questioning why I'm paying a premium for my monthly cell plan when I usually use less than 500MB/mo of data.
What my research found was that all the big 3 (Telus, Rogers, and Bell) want to sell you their best and fastest cell network... hence the premium price for lots of a fast data.
But what you may not know is that the big 3 have subsidiary companies that offer plans using the older generation networks at much cheaper prices.
Three days into batch three (Mar 19th), my kefir was bubbling like crazy, and I could already tell the grains were still growing. What I obviously needed to learn quickly was how to only make as many batches as we could drink; which would also mean figuring out how to keep/store the grains that I didn't need to use for fermenting.
Four days in (having a nice sharp taste, just before vinegary) and I'm just noticing that the kefir grains have tripled! The grains are definitely happy, healthy, and multiplying. I think they agreed with me on switching maple syrup for cane sugar.
