Namaste

Perhaps sharing the epiphanies and realizations of my journey also inspire you to realize that underneath it all we are all the same.

Fourth shipment of course books has arrived

Two more course books have arrived in the mail and joined my education library today!

The one that falls under the "I've taken some liberties with the recommended readings" category is Food and Behavior; which I suspect will offer similar knowledge to Grain Brain.

Zinc and Other Micro-Nutrients is the oldest book in my course collection so far, being published back in 1978.

Food For Thought

Don't limit yourself or worry about how to achieve them.
Simply do your best each day, keeping your thoughts focused on your goals.
