Two more course books have arrived in the mail and joined my education library today!
The one that falls under the "I've taken some liberties with the recommended readings" category is Food and Behavior; which I suspect will offer similar knowledge to Grain Brain.
Zinc and Other Micro-Nutrients is the oldest book in my course collection so far, being published back in 1978.
